has been in the transportation industry for over 35 years and has an industry-leading procedure standard that we follow. At All American, we strive to provide our veterans with quality work in a timely manner. We currently have three active courier contracts with the VA in Philadelphia, Martinsburg VA and Wilmington Delaware area.
COURIER TRAINING
Anytime that All American hires a driver, they are required to take a courier class that covers OSHA, DOT, and HIPPA regulations. This course is DOT approved and covers proper handling of specimen bags, spills, HIPPA regulations and other various precautions and procedures required. GPS
We provide GPS for all vehicles to ensure tracking of all specimen loads. This promotes on-time delivery with no delays.
24/7 DISPATCH
Our dispatch team has specialized experience when dealing with transport and tracking services. All American dispatch also will never be closed which provides us an edge in customer service with no automation or hold times. This will come into effect the day of contract start. This is also where all calls for customer service and as needed runs will be routed. We also will be monitoring all cars though GPS through the home dispatch
